Welcome to the Pre-II Room

There are two Pre-school classes. Pre-II is a group of three year olds and Pre-K is a class of four year olds. The ratio is two teachers to twenty children in both of these classes. We do not fill our Pre-II classroom to maximum capacity. In the pre-school classes the children review colors, shapes, numbers and letters. There are a lot of themes where they incorporate, activities and language arts . The children learn to write the alphabet and their names. Once each child is ready, pre-reading skills and phonics are introduced. Math, Science, Social Studies as well as Arts and Crafts are an important part of each class.
