Welcome to the PreK Room

There are two Pre-school classes. Pre-II is a group of three year olds and Pre-K is a class of four year olds. The ratio is one teacher to ten children in both of these classes. In the Pre-school classes the children learn colors, shapes, numbers and letters. Eventually the children learn to write the alphabet and their names. Once each child is ready, pre-reading skills and phonics are introduced. Math, Science, Social Studies as well as Arts and Crafts are an important part of each class.
